Hollywood film makers have announced that movies will no longer be available on 35mm film.

Movies will now be in the Digital format only.

35mm film prints will go away completely after 2013.

The new technology is exciting and offers a much sharper & brighter picture,

will cost less to produce and many other benefits.

Theatres must purchase the new D-Cinema projectors and equipment
needed to accomodate the new D-Cinema formats.

This conversion from 35mm to Digital is very expensive.

The bid for (2) D-Cinema projectors large enough to light our
huge 100ft curved cinemascope screens is around $165K

To save the Drive-In from going dark
we must work swiftly and diligently to raise capital for the conversion.
